"Inferni" Splitter - Creature Concept Design

Early Splitter iterations for Inferni, a dante's inferno inspired horror game concept. Splitters are a hostile enemy from the Fraud level. After turning, Splitters retain their human outer appearance and wander the level coughing to imitate a sick person. Once the player draws closer, the creatures head and upper torso split in half, revealing an inner mouth with tongue-like appendages that whip the player.
